Location next to the sea, all the shops and the bars, restaurants and beach. The rooms with a Fridge as well as shower, affable staff who go out of their way to be of service.

Good and lovely position, we loved staying here.

The total stay was lovely on their second visit. We were offered a large breakfast with fish cooked there, fish, fresh salads. Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of the resort, and beach and transport.

Had a sweet as time! The food was great with a huge range, but air con could be colder, and entertainment felt a bit average.

Noise from the surrounding bars can be a serious inconvenience, especially late at night. I found myself tossing and turning for hours due to the disturbance. Food temperature was an annoyance. Both lunch and dinner items consistently came out lukewarm, disappointing. The air conditioning in the hotel failed to keep up with the heat. Shared dining tables also felt awkward at times, particularly when chatting with guests from different backgrounds. Lastly, the lack of basic room features like bottled water upon arrival and quality toiletries left something to be desired .

great amenities but noisy evenings

The pool area was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was really good, especially Patricia and Viejo, were very good to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Each room is spacious with comfy beds, great to relax after long days of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the fantastic pool view from our room.

Oh mate, the gala dinner on Thursdays was a culinary dream! From duck with orange sauce to fresh seafood, it was epic 😍. Plus, the cleaning crew was lightning-fast and kept everything super clean while we chowed down.

The breakfast options were a bit of a letdown, with lukewarm fare was great. Sadly, we also struggled with noise from nearby bars, made sleep a tricky wager.

The food quality at the buffet was excellent, with a great range of options including amazing gala dinners. The staff were super friendly, always approachable to help book excursions, and the evening entertainment was fun and engaging.

The air conditioning wasn't as effective on hot days, made sleeping uncomfortable at times.

Really good Culinary Experience

I was amazed by the culinary variety offered each night, especially the exquisite gala dinner on Thursdays that tempted my taste buds with a amazing array of gourmet plates. The rooms were bright, modern, and impeccably clean. Every encounter with the staff was a pleasure, as they were always efficient, helpful, and created a cute atmosphere that enhanced my holiday experience. I found that the evening entertainment did not quite meet my expectations.

Amazin hotel! Super clean and the cleaning staff were great, they did a fast job. The food was wow, especially the gala dinner on thursdays. It was a culinary delight with so much variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to the beach and shops.

Clean room, friendly staff, the hotel is in a fantastic location just minutes from the beach and surrounded by various shops and amenities.

The hotel was fairly clean. the staff was outstandingly friendly and always pleasant. - the location was particularly good and lovely, not too far away from Iglesia Nueva Church.
